Q: About charging and battery life?
A: Pls simply take the band off of the end where the white touch button is and plug it into any USB outlet and a red light comes on.

Q: Does not pair with phone?
A: 1. download its own app named " Veryfit for heart rate" from APP store or google play, make sure your phone is compatible.
2. turn on phone bluetooth, go to the App=>>Device=>>Bind device, search and pair the device id you find. Please light up the screen during pairing.
3. once it paired correctly, the bracelet vibrates, the time on the bracelet will be auto synchronized with phone's.
4. If it shows connected but will not sync, please disconnect the band on the app, forget all device connected on bluetooth list, then reboot bluetooth and pair it again.
Q: How to reset the device?
A: please go to the app - User - System Setting - Restart Device. (this is to reboot device).
Q: Why the data can't sync with APP though I paired it to my phone?
A: Pls kindly go to APP => Mainpage => Manually refresh to 100%
